This is person to person sales and not intended for commercial use without a sponsorship for commercial use. Our door keeper will review your Facebook profile for information that shows us you are a magician or variety entertainer. |

Our Group rules
Rules for Buyers and Sellers
1. POLITE, SOCIAL BEHAVIOR IS REQUIRED
You are a guest and asked to behave, communicate politely and professionally. Failing to do so will result in your suspension or removal from the group.
2. ADMINS/MODERATORS HAVE FINAL SAY.
Please respect the decision of moderators and follow their instructions. Failing to do so could result in you being muted, suspended, or removed. We will contact you by private message with details.
3. DISPUTE RESOLUTION -Be Adults Secure Payment Only.
Buyer and Seller are each expected to fulfill their part of each exchange. Disputes should be resolved as adults. Use only secure payment providers. PayPal and Venmo offers buyer protection.
4. THIS GROUP IS NOT FOR COMMERCIAL USE - We Mean It!
"Surplus" means items that you personally own as an individual and are not selling for profit as a dealer or storefront. If you wish to sell commercially on our group please contact us. ABUSE= banned.
5. NO MANUFACTURING ITEMS FOR SALE
Manufacturing items SPECIFICALLY for sale is prohibited. This includes, but it not limited to, gimmick decks, props, or other items. See commercial use rules above.
-Exception You may sell a single, self-made item with permission in advance from group admins as a "one off" item for sale.
6. SELLER'S GUIDELINES - Full Disclosure – Be Ethical
Provide: complete descriptions of items, price, maker (if known), condition and shipping information. If a replica, state as such. No stock photos permitted. You are accountable for authenticity of items posted. Your item must be posted directly to SME and may not be a link to an off-group website point of sale, or 3rd party auction platform. Exception- If you would like to post commercially on our group you may do so with a POP links advertisement.
7. BE A GOOD SELLER -You Are Responsible for the Sale.
Please attend to your posts. You are responsible to reply in a timely manner to buyers. Please sell to the first person to respond. Pack items well. Insurance in shipping protects the seller and is considered an expense of the seller.
8. SALE POSTS & BUMPING – Maximum 3 Active Posts - No Excessive Bumping of Posts
To be fair to everyone sellers may have only THREE active posts at one time and can "bump" their posts after 3 days of inactivity. Dropping the price or adding value to the sale is encouraged with each bump. We do not permit Wall Hogs.
9. BUYER'S GUIDELINES - Communicate Well
Communicate your intent to buy in the comments. Do not comment unless you intend to buy. Do not detract from a sale with negative comments. Once you claim intent to purchase please promptly contact the seller for their payment information. Make payment in a timely manner.
10. ADMINISTRATOR RESERVED RIGHTS
Any issue not covered by the rules above will be decided on a case by case basis at the discretion of Administrators of the group. Please do not complain of any perceived inconsistencies. Admins reserve the right to change any rule at any time and to make exceptions to policies and rules accordingly.
